Products<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We sell handmade cakes and dessert products, including cakes with jelly and fresh ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because all products are handmade:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Appearance may vary slightly,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colours and decoration may differ slightly from photos,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All products are made fresh to order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-theme-3-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-theme-3-background-color has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u23f3 3. Orders &amp; Production Time<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All products are made fresh to order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Standard production time is 3 days (72 hours) from order confirmation and payment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this reason:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Next-day collection is not available,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next-day delivery is not available,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product unavailability,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pricing errors,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspected fraud,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Order confirmation is sent by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-theme-3-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-theme-3-background-color has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udcb3 4. Wedding &amp; Event Orders<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For wedding or large event orders:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Deposits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking date,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Final Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Final balance must be paid before production begins (unless agreed otherwise in writing),<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design or size changes must be requested before production begins,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changes may not be possible once production has started,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deposits are non-refundable,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional refunds may not be available once production has started,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Set-Up &amp; Delivery (if applicable)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We are not liable for venue delays or venue storage conditions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer is responsible for providing correct venue access and timing,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-theme-3-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-theme-3-background-color has-background is-style-wide\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83e\uddfe 8. Perishable Goods, Production Time &amp; Cancellation Rights<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under EU consumer law, customers usually have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However, this right does <strong>not apply<\/strong> to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perishable goods (including fresh cakes and desserts),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom-made or personalised products,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because all products are made fresh to order and require a minimum 3-day production period:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders may be cancelled only before production begins,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Production typically begins shortly after order confirmation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the order was placed in advance (more than 3 days before the delivery) production begins in the time required for the production process,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once production has started, cancellations and refunds may not be possible,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may still be entitled to a replacement or refund under consumer law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
